Before you get started
What can I list?
Homes, hotels, BnBs, restaurants, local shops and freelance services. Choose the category that fits your offering. A hotel can show lodging, restaurant dining and catering on one profile; it can also appear in food-service searches when those services are selected. All listings require review.
How does verification work?
Our team reviews each listing before publication. Rental owners also have a separate owner identity check; a verified owner does not automatically make every property listing approved. Freelancers must provide a public portfolio, a private PDF CV and client requirements. Company registration identifies Dwelling Finders as the platform and does not verify its listers.
How do shop orders work?
Sign in and send an order request from a reviewed shop. Stock is reserved while the seller confirms. Follow progress in Orders. No online payment is collected; arrange payment and delivery with the seller after confirmation.
How are listings ordered?
Categories share discovery space. Within each category, standard listings rotate daily and promotions are labelled. Apartment units are grouped together. Paying for priority review never replaces approval.
